Counselor Portal Instructions

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and use the UToledo Counselor Portal. It covers various features such as accessing contact information, viewing upcoming visits, managing applicants, using filters and search functions, and accessing event registrations. It also provides tips on customizing reports.
 

Home Page

On your home page, you will find the following:

• Your contact information that we have on file.

• Your school's contact information that we have on file.

• Your admission counselor's contact information.

• Upcoming visits from UToledo. You can also give students the link to register for the visit!

If you believe any of this needs changed, please reach out to your admission counselor.

Navigation

• Your Applicants and Applicants' Event Registrations
  • Click this to see your school's applicants!
• UToledo Special Links
• UToledo Forms

Applicant/Event Pages

At the top of the screen, you will see a blue box with 3 white lines. This helps you navigate through the portal.

Within the applicant and event pages, you can:

• Search by student name
• Filter on a single or multiple data point
• Export your list
• Sort your list by clicking the column header
• Click links to upload missing materials
